Manage your online store

You can set up as many Stores as you like - each store will give you a separate URL, which you can send to your clients. This might be useful if you have 2 or more very distinct specialties you would like to keep separate, i.e. Sports and Fine Art. The buyers of your Sport images don't necessarily want to see your Fine Art images, so by keeping 2 different Store Fronts you can select which URL you are sending to your client. 
  • Go to 'Business/Store Manager'
  • Click  'Manage' on the 'Store Manager' button

  • Click the 'Create New Store' icon, then enter the information for the new Store. Please note - since the Store Name is used in the URL it cannot contain spaces or non-alphanumeric characters. 
  • Click 'Create Store', which will display more tabs to add details for your store




  • From the Logo tab you can upload a logo or add a link to a URL to display an image. 
  • Click 'Save' to save the Logo information



  • On the Bio tab you can enter any free form text, which will be displayed above the images on your Store Front. 
  • You can format the text and add hyperlinks by using the editing options above the text field.
  • Click 'Save' to save the Bio information. 



  • On the Contact tab you can add the contact info you would like to display on your Store Front.  The contact info can either be the same as your Profile contact info (click on 'Load From Profile' to import the info), or you can manually add the information. 
  • Click 'Save' to save the contact information. 




    You have the option to display a Store Front which showcases your content and Galleries along with your Logo, Bio and Contact information. When the Store Front is enabled users will see the first four content items in a welcome page, once the user clicks on one of the content items, the full content grid will be displayed. 
    By default this option is enabled, if you would like to turn this option off uncheck the box next to 'Enable Store Front'. 




    You can access your Store Front by clicking on the URL provided on the Name tab (the URL format will always be "store.licensestream.com/yourstorename, i.e. store.licensestream.com/uschitravel). The below image shows you an example Store Front: 





    When a buyer clicks on one of the images from here they will be directed to the full content grid from where they can search for your content, add content to their lightboxes and license your content. 

    Clicking on a Gallery name on the right side will take the user directly to the content within the selected Gallery. 

    To change the content on your Store Front, follow these steps: 
  • Go to 'Manage Content'
  • Select Store Name on the right side of the page under the 'Store' header
  • Click on 'View/Sort Store Content'




  • Use either the sort options or move content around by using the left and right arrows on the thumbnails




  • The first 4 content items from your Store content page are displayed on the Store front, with the first content item as the larger image and the next 3 items in order below.
