Manage Licenses

Set Default RF and RS Pricing
LicenseStream has set default pricing for the RF and RS License Types based on Industry Standards, however, you can update the default pricing with your own pricing.
  • Go to Business/Store Manager
  • Click on 'Manage Licenses'






  • Click on 'Manage RF & RS Pricing'




  • Change the Default pricing if needed
  • Click 'Save Pricing' in each section you have updated




    Manage Preset RM Pricing
    You can preset RM pricing for specific content and/or specific customers, for example, if you have an agreement for a standard fee with a certain customer, you can set this fee for all content for this customer so they are able to license the content automatically at the correct price. All other customers will see the standard pricing generator. 

    Usages must have attached content and/or customers to appear in store licensing. Usages with just attached content will appear to all customers for the content attached. Usages with just attached customers will appear for all content but only to the customers attached. Usages with both attached content and customers will only appear to those customers attached and only for the content attached.
  • Go to Business/Store Manager
  • Click on 'Manage Licenses'






  • Click on 'Manage Preset RM Pricing'





  • Click on 'New Image License' or 'New Video License' on the right side of the page






  • Generate the appropriate License
  • On the License Preview page add a name for the Preset License
  • Click on 'Save Preset License'






  • The Preset License has been added to the 'Preset Licenses' area on the right side of the page
  • Select either specific content to add to this license or a specific customer (or both)
  • Under the appropriate License on the right side click on 'Attach Selected Content' or 'Attach Selected Customers' to apply the preset License
  • This license is now available in the 'Saved Licenses' area when you create new Licenses and is also available for either the specific content to all Public Users or only to a specific Customer, depending on how you applied the License







    Set Default License Model
    You can set a Default License Model which will apply to all images you are uploading. If you need to change the License Model for an individual image, you can do so at any time. 
  • Go to Business/Store Manager
  • Click on 'Manage Licenses'






  • Click on 'Set Default License Type'






  • Set your profile
