Set Watermark

Set default Watermark
You can set a global watermark which will apply to all new images you are uploading. You can always change the watermark for at a later point. 
  • Go to 'Business/Store Manager'
  • Click on 'Set Default Watermark'







  • The default watermark is the ImageSpan logo - you can upload your own watermark logo by clicking on 'Add/Delete Watermark'
  • Browse for your logo, then click on 'Upload Watermark'
  • After the upload is complete click on the 'Back' link to get back to the 'Set Default Watermark' page




  • Set the Watermark Blend Mode, Position and Size, then click on 'Set Default Watermark'
  • Please note that setting the Default Watermark option only applies to new images you are uploading - if you need to change the watermark on existing images please use the Batch Watermark or individual Watermark option


    Batch Watermark Content
    If you did not set your default watermark or if you would like to use a different watermark on specific content, you can use the Batch Watermark option to apply a watermark to a batch of content. 
  • Go to 'Manage Content'
  • Mouse over the thumbnails to select the content you would like to apply the watermark to
  • Under 'Actions' on the right side of the page choose 'Add Selected to > Batch Watermark Manager'




  • The default watermark is the ImageSpan logo - you can upload your own watermark logo by clicking on 'Add/Delete Watermark'
  • Browse for your logo, then click on 'Upload Watermark'
  • After the upload is complete click on the 'Back' link to get back to the 'Set Default Watermark' page
  • Select your Watermark file from the dropdown list under 'Watermark Source'
  • Set the Watermark Blend Mode, Position and Size, then click on 'Set Watermark'
  • Click on a thumbnail on top of the page to view the watermark for a specific content





    Set Watermark for individual Content
    The Edit option on the Manage Content page also gives you the option to add a watermark for individual content. 
  • Go to 'Manage Content'
  • Mouse over the thumbnail and click on the 'Edit' button



  • Click on the 'Watermark' tab on the Edit Content page
  • The default watermark is the ImageSpan logo - you can upload your own watermark logo by clicking on 'Add/Delete Watermark'
  • Browse for your logo, then click on 'Upload Watermark'
  • After the upload is complete click on the 'Back' link to get back to the 'Set Default Watermark' page
  • Select your Watermark file from the dropdown list under 'Watermark Source'
  • Set the Watermark Blend Mode, Position and Size, then click on 'Set Watermark'
