    c) Update Releases info

If you have Model or Property Releases for your content you can add the information here and also upload the releases to your LS account.

  • Click on the 'Releases' tab
  • Select the appropriate Release Status from the dropdown list
  • Click 'Save Release Status'
  • Under the 'Manage Model Releases' and 'Manage Property Releases' headers you can browse for and upload your releases and add a description to identify the document.

  • After you upload your releases you will see the information under the 'Manage Model Releases' and 'Manage Property Releases' headers
  • You can view or delete the releases from here

Please note: When the content is licensed for a commercial purpose the releases will be delivered with the invoice for the client's records. Uploading the releases is optional, it is sufficient to update the Release Status and only provide the release when a client asks for it if you'd prefer.

    d) Update Licensing info

On this page you can change the License Type for your image from the type you previously applied on the Prepare Content page. Please note: Once the content is either licensed or published to a 3rd party, the License Type can no longer be changed.

Rights Managed: Rights Managed content is licensed for a specific use in a specific industry and region. With such fine-grained parameters, exclusive licensing can be offered, which means that (for an extra fee) no other client can use the content for a similar purpose until the license terminates.

Royalty Free: Royalty Free content can be used by any client or purpose, in any industry, for as long as he or she wants. Because it is non-exclusive, anyone else can purchase the content to use in the same manner.

Rights Simple: Rights Simple is a unique licensing model offered by LicenseStream.  It combines the protection and detail of a Rights Managed license with the simplicity of a Royalty Free license.

  • Click on the 'Licensing' tab
  • Select the appropriate License Type from the dropdown list
  • Click on 'Update License Type'

    e) Add Restrictions

Restrictions are used to prevent content from being licensed in a specific manner. A restriction can be set against Usage, Region, Industry, Language or any combination thereof.

  • Click on the 'Restrictions' tab
  • Under the 'Add Restrictions' area add the Restriction Name, Start and End Dates and the Restrictions Details.
  • Click on 'Create Restriction'

    f) Add Watermarks

On this page you can choose the Watermark options for your content. By default the images are watermarked with a larger version of the ImageSpan watermark.

  • Click on the 'Watermark' tab
  • Under 'Watermark Source' select the ImageSpan Logo either as 'Light on Dark' text or 'Dark on Light' text
  • Under 'Watermark Position' select where you would like the watermark to display within your content
  • Under 'Watermark Size' you can select either the standard size or a larger size
  • Click on 'Set Watermark'
  • A preview on the left side will display the selected choices (you might need to refresh the page to see the updated version)

    g) Galleries & Stores

On this page you will see which Gallery and/or Store the content belongs to, and you can add or remove the image or video from a Gallery or Store. You can also create a new Gallery or Store from this page and add the content.

  • Click on the 'Galleries & Stores' tab
  • Use the right and left arrows to move the content
